190 Series Endoscopy

Our endoscopy unit is equipped with Olympus 190 Series HD systems, delivering exceptional image clarity and enhanced mucosal visualisation. Narrow Band Imaging (NBI) further improves the detection of early cancers and pre-cancerous lesions. With smoother scope movement and improved patient comfort, this platform supports accurate assessment of ulcers, gastritis, GI bleeding and tumour evaluation.

Upper GI Endoscopy

  • Complete visualization of the entire colon using advanced imaging
  • Detects colorectal polyps, cancers, inflammation and diverticular disease
  • Polyps can be removed during the same sitting
  • Essential for colorectal cancer screening and prevention
  • Helps evaluate chronic diarrhea, rectal bleeding and unexplained anemia

Colonoscopy

  • Advanced real-time 3D/4D imaging for detailed heart assessment
  • Global Longitudinal Strain (GLS) helps detect early heart muscle weakness
  • Provides precise evaluation of ventricular function
  • Useful in early detection of chemotherapy-induced cardiotoxicity
  • Enhances accuracy in diagnosing cardiomyopathies
  • Offers superior imaging to plan complex cardiac treatments
  • Helps monitor subtle changes in heart performance over time
  • Beneficial for high-risk cardiac patients requiring close follow-up

Sigmoidoscopy

  • Focused examination of the rectum and sigmoid colon
  • Useful for diagnosing hemorrhoids, colitis and lower GI bleeding
  • Requires minimal preparation; shorter procedure time
  • High-quality imaging for detecting early lower colon diseases

Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)

EUS combines endoscopy and high-frequency ultrasound to capture detailed internal images of the pancreas, bile ducts and GI tract wall layers. It plays a pivotal role in staging cancers of the esophagus, stomach, pancreas and rectum, and in evaluating pancreatic cysts, stones and chronic pancreatitis.

EUS-Guided Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA)
  • Real-time, targeted tissue sampling of pancreas, liver and lymph nodes
  • Minimally invasive alternative to surgical biopsy
  • High diagnostic accuracy with ultrasound-guided precision
  • Differentiates benign from malignant lesions
  • Supports accurate cancer staging and personalized treatment planning
