Covid 19 Vaccination is in full drive and it is about to receive a major boost.
Currently anyone above 60 years of age or 45 years and above but having co-morbidities are eligible for the vaccination.
But Govt. has eased the rules now. Starting from 1st April 2021, anyone above 45 years of age irrespective of co-morbidities is eligible for the vaccination.

b. Pan Card
Procedure:
a. Get yourself registered at the CoWIN portal
b. Choose vaccine location (desirable hospital/centre)
c. Confirm your slot
Post Vaccination
You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number
It is advisable to take a printout of your certificate from the CoWIN website or Arogya Setu

What are the risks of the Covid 19 vaccine?
NOTE: These adverse/side effects are MOSTLY MILD and will go away in one or two days. Consult your Doctor is any symptom persists.
Side effects that have been reported with the vaccine include:
Very Common (may affect more than 1 in 10 people)
* Tenderness, pain, warmth, redness, itching, swelling, or bruising where the injection is given
* Generally feeling unwell
* Feeling tired (fatigue)
* Chills or feeling feverish
* Headache
* Feeling sick (nausea)
* Joint pain or muscle ache
Common (may affect up to 1 in 10 people)
* A lump at the injection site
* Fever
* Being sick (vomiting)
* Flu-like symptoms, such as high temperature, sore throat, runny nose, cough and chills
Uncommon (may affect up to 1 in 100 people)
* Feeling dizzy
* Decreased appetite
* Abdominal pain
* Enlarged lymph nodes
* Excessive sweating, itchy skin or rash
